Motion Blur is a FCP X effect designed for version 10.3 and above. There are two styles to choose from, "Ghosting" and "Tracers" each with a very unique motion blur look. Controls are easy and intuitive that also allow you to easily composite the original clip for advanced effects. If you want to apply it to animated text, simply nest the two in a compound clip!
